Twitter is also very good if you are search for news or for posts related to a certain topic. The hashtags that people put in their posts are essential when you are posting as it makes it easier to find your post from the search bar.
With twitter there is a retweet button this is twitters equivalent to the share button on Facebook. It work the exact same way and can be a great way to share posts that are relevant to your business.

Twitter is also used by companies to showcase their promotions and competitions as they can post text along with pictures. The only catch being you can only write under 140 characters. So writing as little while getting as much across to the receiver is the goal.
Twitter has become perfect for balancing promotion and keeping in touch with your viewers. Vodafone.ie are doing a fantastic job at this. From Monday to Friday they are replying to people through their twitter. Whether it being problems, questions or just a call out on something. They answer the questions very quick and also have a very good record of responding to these messages.
They also do a lot of different promotions with their phone products with their partners and they do a lot of promoting their broadband, top up and bill pay offers. Them being their main products.
At the moment they have a post on for the new Samsung galaxy s8. This offer is in partnership with Samsung to get people to pre order the phone to get it a 8 days before the actual release. This tweet has being pinned so it is the first tweet that people see when they go on the twitter page.

Lists are a fairly new tool by twitter that is used to keep track and view the tweets of users that you have added to your list.
The idea is that if you view the list, you will see the tweets and activities of the people that you have added to your list. You can create as many lists as you want and subscribe to other peoples lists so you can view them to. You can add and delete people at will when doing the You can also share the list for your follows to see and subscribe.

2.Use appropriate hashtags were possible as it will help people to find your site.

5.Use a quote from the text to attract peoples attention to the post.
6.There are certain times during the day that is ideal for posting a tweet as the amount of people who will be accessing twitter.
7.Use the posts on your list as your primary source of tweets to re-tweet as the people that you have in the list of choice should be of relevance to the subject matter that you touch on.
